My Promise to you

I pour my heart into every session. I will do my best to execute your vision and help in any way to make it a reality in collaboration with my artistic ability. I promise to have your session delivered to you within 1 week, unless otherwise planned and specified. Your gallery will be delivered to you digitally through this site and available to download on multiple devices. Your gallery will only be available for aprx 30days. After the 30 days it will drop off the site and no longer be available so please ensure your do your part to download and save your photos.

Reschedule/Cancelation Policy

I understand that life happens and schedules change. Below are the guidelines for cancellations and reschedules to ensure a smooth and fair experience for both you and I.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session.
• Cancellations by Client:
• More than 72hrs Before the Session: If you cancel more than 72hrs before your scheduled session, you will forfeit the deposit, but no additional charges will be applied. Rescheduling is always an option, at no charge.
• 48hrs Before the Session: Cancellations made 48hrs before the session, deposit is forfeited. (Rescheduling will require full session balance to be paid before reschedule date will be granted. must be paid within 48hrs of cancelation.)
• Less then 24hrs Before Session: If you cancel the session less then 24hrs, you will be charged the full amount of the session fee and it must be paid within 24hrs of cancelation or you will be blacklisted. (to reschedule a $75 reschedule fee will be applied and will be due date of reschedule)
• Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session (due to illness, emergencies, weather conditions, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates for rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund your deposit in full.

LATE POLICY

My time is precious, so is yours. I expect my clients to be on time and ready to go for their appointments. For full sessions after 10 mins there is a $30 late fee added to balance after 15min the session is void and will require a reschedule with full balance being paid prior to reschedule on top of $30 late fee. Mini sessions are extremely limited and timed strictly as well with no time in between, after 5 mins there is a $20 late fee after 10min your session will be void and run the risk of not being able to reschedule due to limited availability. I am pretty understanding with good communication so please plan your sessions accordingly and give yourself enough time to ensure your on time for your session. Thank you.

Newborn Policy

If for some reason session is not successful and I am unable to provide you the minimum pics stated in description after maxing out our time of session I will propose to redo a couple days later. Reschedules are always an option but NO refunds will be made.
